BILL
IT Manager that oversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure and directs staff members as necessary. Has direct interactions with all help desk activities and customer support. Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the office.
PAT
Office Manager and first line of customer service. She is responsible for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business of the company. At SysQuick, Pat knows the importance of being able to work hand-in-hand with our customers along with our team to coordinate smooth operations.
STAFF MEMBERS
Our staff responsibilities include building or configuring new hardware, installing and updating software packages, and creating and/or maintaining computer networks. The repair of problems can range from a minor setting that is incorrect, to spyware, viruses, and as far as replacing hardware or an entire operating system.
